• There is no job security. I received a call that company has decided not to continue with your employment and you have to resign. They won’t give you a reason and just end your employment. • I asked my manager and she said she don’t know anything. Only HR will get in touch with you. She is not at all supportive and helpful. • They delayed my FNF and experience letter. According to company policy, I should receive the same withing 45 days but they will start the process after 45 days. HR will not respond to you regarding your FNF and experience letter. I tried calling them multiple times but there was no response. • I highly recommend not to join Digital Web Solutions as HR, editors, and managers are not supportive and there is lot of office politics. There is no growth opportunity and you will not enhance your skills....Read More

Salary is on time. Work-life balance is good. You come on time and leave on time. As a fresher in the PPC field, I got to learn a lot. Work satisfaction and Skill development could be better. DWS has a truly positive work environment. My seniors are really great and friendly.
