They are confused about their own business sometimes they unnecessarily appoint big VPs, GMs, President with hefty packages and then fire small salary employees having twenty year old service in a single day without giving proper notice in the name of cost reduction, They burn crores of rupees in name of employee engagements and then stop the essential things like Mediclaim facilities of employees with single day notice in name of cost reduction !! illogical, irrational and simply draconian rule...Read More

They use to ration your leaves and found ways to deduct your salary and sometimes even terminate you for useless and irrational pity things like not wearing identity card having the dress as per their code, getting a few minutes late, having lunch or breakfast a few minutes late, they use to snap your pictures without your consent and public on mail from HR and terminate and disgrace you publicly

The company provides family accommodation by giving house rent other than salary, punching system is also good, only need one punch in a day.

The list will not over, there are so many things. Bad fooding and accommodation at site, engineers camp and labour camp are same, all 30 days are working and also need to punch, no shift change rest. Salary will deduct on taking leave, if approved, the retained leave payment will get on the month of October and April, no promotion and increment, only to those who are close to GM, doesn't matter they do work or not.
