1. mouth freshner devision is extremely poor. 2. The job of a sales officer here is to work like a donkey. 3. To do job pay out of your own pocket to survive. 4. There is a lot of pressure on Focus products. you have to pay 6000-7000 rupes in a month for own pocket. 5. If the distributor's Rtgs order is given to a senior then it gets changed. 6. Dislikes

The company gives many opportunities for promotion but gives almost no increase in salary to the employee appointed on a post and does not even give Diwali bonus to the employee. Therefore, we want that there should be at least 10% increase in annual income and bonus should also be given on big festivals like Diwali.
