1) Purely Hire and Fire Policy. 2) Scam Alert - Positive reviews you can see here are forced to give by upper management to employees, as they know nobody will join this organisation because of there work culture. 3) You will be threatened to be fired by upper management frequently. 4) Working environment is hell here as there is a fear of upper management as they will insult you infront of other colleagues. 5) Reporting Managers are bootlickers over here as they know if they don't do so they will also be fired. 6) There is no proper training and knowledge sessions here to understand technology, you will be expected to do sales only otherwise you will be fired. 7) After few months upper management and HR plan and remove you without any notice in a single day. 8) They keep 1 year probation period so that it will be easy for them to fire you in a single day without any notice. 9) Single person has to do multiple tasks with very less salary. 10) They will hire you for Work From Home and after few months either they will call you to office or fire you. 11) There will be frequent vertical and team changes hence you will not be able to cope up....Read More

Good company to work for. You get to work on lot of tools for lead generation. You get experience of overall sales cycle from lead generation to closure and even account management. Company is working on new technologies and you get to learn about Cloud GPUs used by AI/ ML companies
