Policies are well biased towards employees, Managers are supportive,

Dislikes

No work life balance at all in Aerospace Team, Huge Workload, Everything is micromanaged at each and every stages, Need to stay late nights for completing the targeted work. I do not recommend at all to join AEROSPACE Team in Eaton.

Ethic and policy are greater than employee life. No job security

Other activities are more than work. And no job security.Hr are not co-operative. Hr even not pick the call and never call back. You need to drop email to HR with CC of HR manager then you will get responce

Not Good. Peole are getting promoted by show up ,DFSS certification but not by their work. If you are doing Good job than others but if you are not certified any course(DFSS) then you are not working well and you will not get promotion.
