They ask sometime to sign bond to existing current employe even if he has worked 5 years. Management is poor especially it. Appraisal happens only after 2 -4 years. HR is the poorest of all.

Closely working with local team members Immediate managers with lot of exposure and good experience and very understanding Time flexible in some case and time

No salary increment No payment for extra working days and hours Multiple site team co-ordination poor Doesn't work as per the joining letter and statement description and commitment No correct JD procedure follows have to do other task of admin team job Ok level cooperation from HR Management is least interested
