Likes

Thay provide salary good at the time of joining. But after that, poor increment. Bonus. Working life balance is average for people from delhi. But for out of city it is very difficult to manage.

Dislikes

Work life balance is like hell. We cannot denay to manager for any thing. Other wise your all increment and bonus and life will be hell. No support from management.

Best for Learning and development of hotel management discipline candidates. Top management persons and owners are very humble and have excellent knowledge to run the hospitality sector.

Dislikes

Other than hotel management discipline candidates have less opportunity to grow on top positions.

They provide good food free of cost and a lot cultural fests are held

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Employees need to work for 12 hrs where as they mention 9 hrs in the contract. They managers don't behave properly. Even after complaining nothing changes

The oberoi group is the one of the best hotel group..... oberoi (eih) group working place very good. Games and Puja most famous and enjoyment life....

Dislikes

Exchange program is very bad.no exchange program junior level.only senior benefit.
