Dislikes

I worked with ekta world for 14 years but I didn't get salary according to my experience. I started with 3500 salary in 2009 and it took me 14 years to reach 20000. It was very slow growth.

I have worked for 15 years in Ekta World. The company is very good and provides facilities to the employees. You do not get such facilities in any other company.

Dislikes

If I did not like Ekta World Company, I could not have said anything because in 15 years they gave me a lot and I also got to learn something. I left the company because the work was reduced. They told me to resign, so I did.

Training was excellent, salary was not on time from 2019, on project duty no traveling, politics was done by some lazy workers , work environment was excellent, work quality was never compromised it was innovation, duty timing was good to maintain work and life, overall owner was a true gentleman person.
