1. Daily 12 hours work and many time it will continue till mid-night and sometime till early morning. And you have to login by 09:00 AM on the following day. 2. Have to forget time spending with your family. 3. No respect for the employee and for your experience. 4. Have to work for 12 or 14 hours and you will get time sheet for only 8 hours, and also at the month end manager will ask you still reduce the hours as it too high for the task done. 5.
