Feel proud to work as PRD personel, just because it is a योगदान towards election commission of India, but the money the are offering is not sufficient, you have to make a stay by yourself, have food by yourself, you have to carry your own mattresses blanket etc. And what do you get 570 on daily basis. Not worthy. And when you have to go to the assigned polling station, you will get 300 rs for your food which you have to buy there also not worthy. So if you want to make money never choose PRD personel, but if you want to donate your service it is a better place....Read More

Actually I was working there as on contract role but still could not get better experience. - Work culture is almost good but not so much better for contract employees. - No more words for that place.

Dislikes

- Work pressure is much more, no flexibility. - They focus only on their office work except your family problem, personal issues etc. - No work balance. - No one can understand your concern if whenever you get stuck in any big problem in that case your job can be lost.
