All is zero, no growth path, only mentally torcher by Korean management.

Dislikes

Indian and Korean Managemen is very bad. No job security, salary increment zero ( Korean take the decision and give the increment rating as per his openin) Mentally torched is doing by Korean Management. Don't go to Elentec any fresher person if you go then this will be the worst decision in your life. HR work roll is zero (sec 83) plant
