Work life balance is good and co-ordination between employees are great. Management is fine. Many more opportunities to grow your skills and learn better. Flexibility in job timings. Salary is credited on time.

Favorize between employees at the time of appraisal and promotion. Lack of career growth. Lack of festival vibes by the organization. Bias on the judgement during event and monthly reward. Hard work in neglected.
