Nothing, Worst of worst company If you to want to ruin your life, then go ahead n join this beautiful organization.

If this company visits your campus, better dont apply for it. Role name is Associate Consultant(Typical BPO job at a higher level) and mind you they expect you to be a star performer and a fake nice person. Whatever you learn in this company(Oracle HCM) can be learned by a fresher in 3 months. The reason why am i saying this is every year they cut off the senior people by hiring freshers to stay within there budget. My advice is learn coding , find a better job. They conduct too many reviews just to terminate you(So called People skills development team's work). If you are a fresher and you care about your career's growth trajectory-Dont join this company. You will lose your peace of mind after joining this beautiful organization. I swear, the interns speak better english than the so called seniors and directors. Again, the mid level managers and leaders, they dont know anything apart from this drag and drop technology. See, they terminate you based on your face, caste, color, gender and whatnot Another scam is they hire fresh graduates for 3-4.5 lpa with 2.3(27 months) years of bond (you can expect a delay of 3-6 months of joining if you are a fresh graduate) and terminate a handful number of people once the bond period gets over. They will keep only their star performers after the bond period. And they will iterate the above cycle every 2 quarters so basically you will be working hard to keep this job. "There is no job security." and on top of all this, there is 3-5% hike if you are a star performer or no hike at all. Dont know how this company still has a rating of 3+ in all the categories -> Mostly like other struggling companies-seems like even this beautiful organizations HR are busy in giving fake ratings to their wonderful organization. Also, everytime you have to go and beg for projects if you are a fresher and if you dont get any projects they will ask you to put down the papers. To be very frank - getting a project is very competitive as the so called skill is not at all tough to learn or master. it all comes down to how good you are at begging. I belonged to the APAC region and they had silently laid off close to 40% of the people of my region. This applies to both UK and Australia regions too. I joined this company in 2022, the learning curve was good only for the first few months, later , i felt as if i am doing a BPO kind of a job. But their talent acquisition team shamelessly posting in Linkedin that they are going to hire 400 individuals for FY2025. I suggest the freshers not to join this organization as their only motive is to get some cheap service from you for the next two years. Again, don't trust whatever they say when they recruit you. Another drawback is this job has a 27 months of service contract. The moment it gets over, the probability of them asking you to resign is very high. And they can fire you anytime during the contract duration too as they are a corporate company and can do anything and i had seen people getting terminated during their contract periods too. They have this team (People skills and development) - It is like the PIP @ Infosys or PIP @ Deloitte where their only motive is to terminate you by saying that you didn't the meet cutoff of that test/this test. I still remember, there was a time when my manager didn't like one of my colleagues so she put that colleague in People Skills and development and asked them to fail her which eventually let her getting terminated from the job.
