For a company with a stature as Entrata's, it can do better with salary packages. At the moment, it is quite below par per industry standards. Personally feel that there's an excess of flattery and biased superfluous praises being passed on various slack channels. Gets a bit annoying at some point. There was a barrage of new processes and practices thrown at employees when the upper management changed. Many of those process proved to be useless and eventually shelved. These things seemed to have happened because of the initial excitement rather than forming a well thought out need for it. Although the end results are usually satisfactory, the planning and implementation can improve to get there....Read More
