Can work for people who are looking for job as freshers, can provide some exposure to industry, but I would still suggest to go somewhere else if possible

Dislikes

Very bad culture, micro management, tyrant type management style. long hours which is a default expectations, if not you are considered lazy and a clock watcher. you really have to be good at licking boots of manager, and this is what is taught to fresh managers as well

Hectic with no at par recognition and benefit.one small mistake and you are done forever, it will be used everytime in future till you are in this company
