Dislikes

Low Salary benefits. Company policies changes whenever they needed. If you are resigning with in 1 year, you will not get work experience certificate. Need to work minimum 3 years to get experience certificate.

The job is very interesting and I loved this job. It was struggling at the beginning as there was no formal training section, but my teammates helped me a lot to improve. I learned everything about testing from here

Performance evaluation and salary appraisal process is not good. Salary package is too low when compared to the market standards. Company policies are not employee friendly. Project managers will put pressure on developers and QAs to work on non-working hours without prior mails or messages, most of the times without any additional benefits. Most of the time the task management from Project Managers is causing the pressure on end QAs/developers since sufficient time is not provided, hence the developer/QA need to compromise on their work quality and also cause poor work-life balance....Read More

Another aspect of Epixel is the freedom and autonomy given to employees. There's no constant push for deadlines. Employees are encouraged to work at their own pace and to be creative.
