Those who remain in the office all day, contributing little, often take credit for the efforts of others. They ensure their names are highlightedeverywhere while the actual contributors are sidelined. Even minor errors are exaggerated, and in some cases, faults are fabricated just to suppress others and claim victory. Ultimately, dedicated and hardworking individuals are drained and discarded, while opportunists thrive. At beginning it was good later on true faces were reviled.

Dislikes

As a former employee, my experience with the HR team was far from positive. Their behavior was often rude, and they showed little interest in addressing employee concerns. Important queries were either ignored or handled with a dismissive attitude, which made it difficult to resolve even basic issues. The lack of professionalism andempathy from the HR team was one of the major reasons for my dissatisfaction with the company. HR plays a critical role in maintaining a healthy workplace, and this team unfortunately failed in that regard. I hope the organization takes steps to improve its HR department for the benefit of current and future employees....Read More

I have worked for more than 2 years in ECPL. HOD is not helping. Changing every teammate shift unnecessary. Work is not specified. HOD forced to work on Holiday and not approving Comp off. Due to high mental pressure old employees are leaving. Leaves are also not approved by HOD.
