There was nothing to like, as management is not a professional one. They don't know how to optimally use their resource capacity. They can throw money on unwanted things not to keep happy who work for them. Salary is coming on time but at the same time, it's very low as per market. No need to work here if you know your work better, low salary, no growth, not getting a job anywhere else, only say yes to seniors then it's for you. you have no choice, you feel like bounded labour, your passport and Visa got freeze with them, can not leave without their permission. You feelhelpless as your important documents got stuck with management</mark>. very stringent HR policy, lot of humiliation, internal support teams are very rude. Medical and other facilities are on a paid basis. The company doesn't provide any such thing as a package. Not recommended to anybody who's actually talented. you may prefer it as the last option when you don't get anything from the rest of the world....Read More
