The worst company to work with - specially TMT sector. They make you work for 15 hours a day. This cluster thrives on gossips, dirty politics, and favouritism for bootlickers. And the moment you rebel against their dirty politics, you will find yourself under unnecessary scrutiny. They will start scrutinising the work you have done probably an year ago. The principal consultant is all about making juniors her best friend, so that she can get all the gossip and then use it against her team whenever she is getting highlighted for not doing her job. She really needs to switch and see the real world. But Oops, she won't survive their<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. It takes skills to survive outside not just a best friend in leadership</mark>. And the cherry on the top -- their senior consultants who believe in demeaning their associates. But but but.. they also don't know their work. Never they have brought any client on-board. Just sugar coated talks, they can do. And all of this exists because of the RING MASTER - the director of the cluster. Who never stepped out of EVS in past 13 years but he claims to be the corporate guru. The KNOW IT ALL GUY. Learning cources are good, policies are ok.

Dislikes

Managers are not good and higher management is not interactive with you so you can't raise your voice. They say "Your breaks are being noticed by the higher management" while my breaks count was mostly 2-3 including lunch break. Plus they have 3 months notice period and negotiation is totally dependent upon your manager.

1. It is still allowing hybrid work culture. 2. If you are poor with office politics then it is best place to learn. You will suffer initially but by the time you will be start learning.

You get good learning space and get the opportunity to work with big clients Team and management is good, they are approachable

Low salary, after appraisal I got really less hike They have hired new HR who is doing all sorts of cost cutting not in company's operations part but on employee's salary part Further, there is a huge difference in salary of the people with same experience and at same level I had 3 yrs of experience when I was hired as Business Analyst and they have a policy of hiring a person as Senior Analyst if they have 3 yrs of experience but they didn't tell this and very smartly they did the cost cutting and hired me as Business Analyst. Then they told me that wait for one year we will promote you, however they promoted me but hike was so low that it didn't feel like that I am promoted People of same designation, who are hired as Senior Analyst are getting minimum 10-12 lakhs, but after appraisal they are providing me 7.5 lakhs, now just look at the difference. The work gets monotonous after sometime and you are just funding out revenue, headquarters, office location of the companies after working for 5 yrs. No work life balance you will have to sit until 8-8:30 If you are in Rapid Research team then I would say welcome to hell. Whatever may come you have to deliver your work everyday and sometimes you have to work on more than 1 task and have to deliver all of them by evening They are facing high attrition rate due to salary Also company is facing impact of recession, so there is very less scope of salary hike this year too...Read More
