Nothing the only like at faces was flexible timings

Management, specially the HR they do not want to listen to the employees they are more bent toward the higher management. The HOD was bias and had ego issues. There is no professional growth plan or development. You dont get to learn any thing from your management. The accounts team is terrible need to give multiple reminders. The brand doesnt have proper inventory managed its poor to see shrinkages month on month and no solution to it. The IT guys seems to own the company. The WH Team has no clue about the stocks dispatched and received. Never got exact stocks always shortages....Read More

Premerger with Purplle co culture was good, or at least they tried to encourage that.

Post merger co culture took a nosedive. Rampant politics and open favouritism. Cheap thinking people joined and wrecked the work culture, British style divide and rule..
