The product & standards knowledge here we get is the key quality of the organization. The association with Tata & the Nexon & Nexon EV gives extensive knowledge of EV segment & PV segment.

Dislikes

The working here is 6 days. On month end the week gets extended & UT becomes 9 days week. The weekly off is not consistent it can be declared any time if there is material shortage. The performance pay & salary hike is also management call & is not fixed.

Work Details

Work experience is not good here. Reason being the organization has many flaws in terms of vision, human values & career growth. Only good thing is that you get timely salary.

Worked as area service manager mumbai... Guy pls don't join this company at all. No process, no salary increment, all heads just shout, especially the newly appointed zonal manager for west and South is worst guy. Lots of politics... Worst product with hell lots of concerns you would make your life hell if u join this company especially in Mumbai. As in Mumbai you would look after Mumbai and pune markets. You would royally screw your life for sure. Please ask people who have worked in pune and Mumbai as area manager before even thinking of attending any interview call. Every day you will get threats to leave the company....Read More
