Everything. As there is no hierarchy about job role. No good salary hike unless you are in good book of Boss. About work life balance they don't deserve a single star rating, They don't care about the employee family and their unavoidable problems. Though you gave 100% output still you have to submit weekly work report without fail on weekend If you haven't maintained IN time average for the month, your leave will be deducted where if you worked more than 9 hrs there is no credit. For comp off you have to work on public holidays or more than 11 hrs for 3 days in line. Boss is very baised and 🤬 Management zero Politics very dirty Though you have MBA degree still you have to do testing Job location wise rules and regulations policy changed though the work output doesn't matter for them....Read More
