1. As a employee, we thrive our management to be less competent( in terms of Technical Skill ) and believe in the words of employee, Who is more technically smart. 2. MD loves pampering and posses zero technical skill. ( Being a MBBS candidate perfectly unfit to the job related to Engineering activities. )

Dislikes

1. I was forced to resign from my job and 3 years has passed, yet to receive my Full and Final Settlement. 2. Lots of Employee , like me are awaiting to get their pending dues. 3. Salary delay ( approx. 4-6 months on average ) is a routine here. 4. Poor Work Culture with almost no promotion.
