FResenius kabi as group is very good.Bt local management simple eating this great group like termites.

Management is horrible..they wil make u feel that u can't do anything.The culture is so bad that the company does not have potency to clear any audits but ppl there think they are the greatest scientist.Actually ppl there think they know everything just like frogs in a well things they know the whole world. Worst part is when u jointhey will treat u like u r an alien from different world and they are only the smart guys there. Completely horrible culture horrible bengali culture is there. Worst of all if u say them new ideas they will tell this is FKOL here things r like this we are the greatest company😂. 90% of the population is old they have no idea how much advance the industry has become.pathetic management and leave out the HR and admin.they are completely waste..They will not guide u they themselves dnt know the HR policy. Work life balance if u go out bt 5.30 guys there will start doing chugli just like typical zero competent Bengalis. in short if u want to destroy ur life and career u r welcome to join this FKOL kalyani. More over this great self proclaimed scientists and technical group are not able to run the plant even in 30% efficiency. QA is another world there.Its the most incompetent QA one can ever come across just bcoz of one person. Another thing since local management does not have work they will spy on u on linkdin,naukri social media everywhere....Read More
