Working at Freudenberg Gala is overall ok. The German partnership is good and they have got in strong process and system.

Dislikes

The leadership has massive issues and does not have deep understanding of marketing. It is a bit of a lala culture where they don't give work from home and are working on first Saturday of the month. The office is not good and veey dirty and bathroom is not even maintained well.
