I worked as an HR intern at GAO Tek and it was a truly enriching experience. I was actively involved in real recruitment tasks the Management team was always ready to guide, and even though everything was remote, there was a strong sense of communication and teamwork. It helped me grow professionally and personally. What stood out to me was the positive work-life balance, the opportunity to develop new skills, and the collaborative company culture. The management and supervisors are really helpful in guding how to do tasks and the job that I have done helped me to enhance my communicaiton, teamwork and recruitment skills. I hope that this internship experience will be beenficial for my career in HR and Talent Acqusition. I really loved the flexiblity and work-life balance

I couldn't have a chance absorb the company culture exactly and since the job is unpaid and unclear about job security to the full time job it was so challenging to attract a candidate

Its a fraud company. HR TL and ATL working in India and the so called CEO of the company are the fraudsters. The work of all the teams across the company is just nothing less than hopeless.

There is no job security and people in the organization doesn't know how to respect each other. The HR TL and ATL are just dumb headed who knows nothing about corporate and its culture. They dont even have a minimum sense of paying minimum wages. Its just a fraud company please do not join here even if no work in hand....Read More

Nothing to like about it. Absolutely nothing. No work life balance, Seems to be fake company, Not organised, No flexibility, No job security, Salary is the most worst part, as it is just stipend that they pay which would be *peanuts.
