My experience at GAOTek Inc. was truly enriching. I appreciated the team's willingness to help and support one another. Working with Team A was a highlight, and the guidance from X ASLs made the internship both enjoyable and informative. I'm thankful for the opportunity to have worked with such a great team."

Dislikes

The only notable challenge was the unpaid internship, which presented some difficulties in candidate outreach. Despite this, I valued the experience and support provided by the team.

Likes

I love the company culture and the need to stay on target. Leaders were really helpful and corporative. There was good progression as my hard work paid off when I became manager of my group. My skills definitely developed and gave me a good insight about HR and the recruitment process

Dislikes

Other than it being unpaid, if you wanted to take it very seriously then it can be hard to keep a work life balance especially alongside another job and in a management position. Overall it depends on how good you are in multi tasking and organization

I had an Incredible experience working as a HR Assistant in GOA Group of Companies. The team is not only highly skilled but also incredibly supportive. The positive work culture, emphasis on mentorship and commitment to innovation made my internship both enjoyable and enriching . Grateful for the opportunity! #GreatInternship#ExceptionalHRTeam.

Dislikes

The only thing I Disliked about the company is they don't have good amount of work to distribute among interns . As per my suggestion the work pressure can be increased plus the actual work of HR should be taught to them.
