Dislikes

Toxic work environment and upper management. The COO openly threatens to ruin career and name in the industry to not just one person but the whole team. No timely appraisals, you get a hike only if you produce another offer (they match it). Bullying culture and favouritism. Employees who cross boundaries and harass others. No action taken even when brought up to the HR or top management. Merit is not valued, you cannot stand up for yourself and your work. The intial team who built Getmyuni was super talented, and many have been lucky to learn from the best content and SEO team.

Dislikes

The new management of collegedekho is terrible. It’s a horror show with the new management. Starting from the senior management to the HR they all believe in micromanagement. There is no growth provided to long standing employees. There have been pay cuts and no appraisals. It’s a rotten system. Has turned into a terrible place to work at.
