One area that I feel could be improved at Ginesys is the communication flow between departments, especially when resolving cross-functional issues. At times, this can delay the resolution of client problems or make it harder to get complete clarity on certain technical matters. Improving inter-team collaboration or having a more streamlined escalation process would make our support more efficient and enhance the overall client experience. At the same time I have a supportive team member who are always there and colleboratively we fulfill oor team target.

Dislikes

Ginesys is a very welcomig place to work where you would want to grow and enhance your skill, but one area where Ginesys need's to improve is streamlining its internal process to wnhance efficiency . Implementing more reward /recognition program would ensure eachcindividual contribution is appreciated.
