What ever you do, you'll not be fired. Yes, the management will never firget what you did but they won't say it on your face. Also, many of the people who had major escalations are in good positions in the same company now.

You have to be a managers pet in office or should have personal relation with him out of office to grow (Package and Designation) 3. 95% of the Client won't escalate on any misses etc but your manager or his/her close people portray as if the client has escalated and will put pressure on you. 4. Internal Job Postings are never there. Once was introduced and was removed almost immediately as everyone did not want to work under their manager and wanted a movement. 5. No Work life balance.
