This extended shift duration can sometimes be demanding and affect work-life balance. It can be tiring and leave less time for personal commitments and relaxation. I believe it is important for employees to have a healthy work-life balance to maintain their well-being and productivity. Having longer working hours consistently can lead to burnout and hinder employee morale in the long run. In order to address this concern, I would appreciate more transparency and communication regarding the actual working hours. It would be beneficial if the company could accurately represent the expected shift duration and make necessary adjustments to ensure a reasonable workload and a better work-life balance for employees.
