Holy place Mathura and Lord krishna Everything seems good when you join. they will talk to you very nicely show you day dreams. There is a syndicate of few old and incompetent employees they won't let you work here peacefully to prove their job.

Dislikes

Working timing is not fixed 9-5 , 10-6, even sometimes 9to 6 . CL taking is pathetic, take leave and work from home. Arrange your duties and keep picking up calls. Paper publishing pressure is high of not published they will throw you out saying you in red category. Incentives of paper is given to only old group of people, No summer break. Students can get you kicked out of university anytime. One complaint and you are out. As people know you are about to leave they will start treating you like a sweeper even worse than that. Smart in deduction, when you go to rectify they say "I am busy . Don't join immediately as you might have to return to your old organization....Read More

1. Even before Covid 19, they used to deduct salary from feb to June , that would be credited in September. 2. 25 percent deductions in salary during Covid 19. 3. Faculty will be part of more than 10 what's app group, wasting entire day checking what's app. 4. Target of 10 Scopus paper every year. 5. They change API policy every twomonths, you will never achieve your targets. 6. Load of 20 lectures per week. 7. No gazetted holiday except holi and Diwali. 8. Class advisor role is worse , as you will be solving students 60 students query entire day. 9. Head of the department, will constantly pressing for more work. 10. Zero family life. 11. Target of consulting and projects. 12. Three months admission duty with admission targets. 13. Quality of students are very poor. 14. Owner of GLA think himself as GOD of education will constantly givese voice notes Creating panic and pressure. 15. Two months notice period. 16.Dont believe in paid reviews. 17. Routine meetings are frequent , long and time wasting. 18. Never ever join this university, they are blood suckers . 19 . They will expect your to work from 8am to 8pm....Read More
