*Avoid uFaber Edutech Pvt. Ltd at All Costs - A Complete Scam* My experience working at uFaber Edutech Pvt. Ltd. has been nothing short of a nightmare. The company outright lies about its working hours. Despite the offer letter sating a 10.30 am to 7.30 pm schedule, I was forced to work for 11-12 hours just to meet unrealistic targets. If I didn't hit the targets, I was marked absent for the whole day, regardless of the efforts or hours I put in. This is unfair and exploitative. The leads are a joke - Unresponsive and Low-quality, making it virtually impossible to do your job. There's zero regard for work-life balance. What' worse? They didn't even pay me my salary! And I'm not the only one. Many trainer have also been left unpaid, which is utterly shameful. Even students who have paid for services aren't receiving them and when I brought this up to management, I was told to ignore it and keep working. This company is an absolute scam. They exploit employees, ignore student complaints, and run a fraudulent operation. uFaber is the worst company I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away!...Read More

Today was my first day, the TA Ms. Chandini did not coordinate or even have a proper on boarding plan, communication was through Whats app, no email communication or even calling...She drops a Whats app message 10 mins before scheduling a call, and I have not read that message. Then after 15 mins she calls, and starts shouting and arguing..Harassment to the core...Process are not in place communication through Whatsapp, is this even professional channel of communication. The worst ever experience. Dropped an email to management complaining about her behavior and withdrew the offer, but no reply. Please think and do research before joining. People working there define the work culture. Though the company might be good (I cant comment cos I did not work there at all now, as the first day was only bad) people are definitely negligent and the worst is no on-boarding process....Read More

No work ethics no appreciation for your efforts and achievement, they do the fake commitments for appraisal and salary hike. No matter if you're a senior manager or Avp keep checking your email before leaving for work becouse giving you surprise termination email and if you haven't got then you've to be ready for such circumstances.
