Internal work place politics appear to influence operations at multiple levels often creating demotivating atmosphere. A few non academic & low grade staff members seem to wield disproportionate influence which hampers the overall professional culture.Additionally the remuneration structure closely resembeles a wage based system, with a " no work, no pay" policy that raises ethical concern, especially in the context of a salaried employment.Such practices along with the inconsistent or inequitable treatment of staff, may not only undermine staff morale but also effect the quality of the work offered....Read More
