Gland Pharma is my family, Iam glad to say that, because Iam working here since 15 years, Iam so proud to say it is an well established and esteemed organisation, where every body work proactively, honestly, sincerely and with time management. The company is equipped with latest technology, ours is an sterile manufacturing company where we manufacture injectables like Lyophilized Vials, Ampoules, Pre filled Syringes etc., I like the fact that Iam a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various pharma Industries and with good experience and we all work happily with collaboration. Excellent training available a fresher can handle a job responsibily with good perfection.Good documentation practices, Good GMP practices, Good Laboratory practices. Good management, well defined salaries with KRA and good appraisals, medical and travel allowance good HR policies well established features and regulations. Carrer growth for fresher is very good its is a very good industry for fresherhe can learn a lot. Work environment is good

Job , full job security and work environment is good and evary month appreciate the one employees in each department. Gland pharma is a fabulous never seen that type of working nature and training in my last 2 organizations.

Teammates are really good.. I like working with them.
But there is no career growth and befinits are aleast thing here..
No proper food and transportation facilities..
No travelling opportunities.

Dislikes

Exposure to work is not proper.
Salary is very less.. I strive to get minimum wages.
No training facilities for skill development.
