It was a grt work culture in Covidien but as the Medtronic took over it, all the goods started turning to bad.

Dislikes

There is a toxic work culture for a sales employee. The HR & upper hierarchy is terrible as far as support to employee in his bad time is concerned. I got operated for major illness that I develop during my work tenure but the manager & HR were behind me at my rehab to get back to work without getting know how of my illness.

Job security. Micro management. If u stand for yourself and talk, you are out of the company, especially women shouldn't raise your voice. Unless manager is good n supportive and understanding with out biased, you can't survive. Management is horrible, again it depends on the project to project management to management
