I've been working with Gopalan Enterprises for a while now, Its been a positive experience, company offers a diverse opportunities across its verticals, which keeps the work interesting. That said there's room for improvement, especially in terms of promotions and Salaries. A clearer path for career growth and regular salary reviews would help employees feel more valued and motivated.

Dislikes

The 6-Days work week makes it challenging to maintain a health work like balance. this is an area the company should seriously consider addressing

Lot of internal politics, within department some un ethical employees giving negative feedback to management about co workers, especially in HR department
