Working in Govt. of India is safe and secure for the average person because bossism can not make individual decisions. For transparency everywhere arrange CCTV cameras, there should not be confidentiality in government works. if fixed targets are fulfilled, confidential reports should not be degraded. On completion of required service, promotion grade pay automatically should be given, if the post is available or not. File transparency should be maintained. If the file is held for more than the given time punishments should be incorporated. partiality should not be shown on a caste basis/position basis....Read More

Dislikes

transparency being not maintained, partiality was shown from person to person, and most purchase cases are taking fraud. promotions are delayed deliberately, powers/ duties are misused by many officers and staff should be stopped. time limit is not fixed on file movement.

Lot of religion, caste and regional politics mainly due to the reservation policy of the Govt which hinders the growth and acquisition of knowledge. As finacial powers of officers are limted financial corruption is low.

Dislikes

Merit does not go well but mostly of 9seniority based on reservations
