Work valuation is not appropriate. It is very disappointing. Discrimination in the pay scale & class as compared with other people working on the same position in other states.

You get discouraged when higher authority expects something that is irrelevant to the duties & responsibilities of the job.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Government polytechnic nagpur is one of the reputed college. I have good experience when working there. The best part of this college is friendly atmosphere where students and faculty freely communicate each other. Colleagues are more supportive and they encourage to improve our technical skill. We could manage our personal life with job.

Dislikes

Unavailability of computer labs. Improper understanding between faculty and non-technical staff. Sometimes, require to arrange technical games for student.
