Freshers get to learn a lot. All those with management are very helpful. Talking about salary , they have very good pay structure and the salary is on time. Also, we get to learn new language i.e (.NET, MVC, Knockout Js, Node Red, .NET Core and Jquery) and technologies. We have interaction with clients via Calls, Mail writing etc ,this helps us to improve our communication skills. Work environment and culture is very nice and friendly. During the pandemic also no salary deduction was done. Good exposure for learning cloud ERP like Sage Intacct. Proper training is given to freshers. Sports are organized yearly to motivate employees. Other activities like cubicle decoration in diwali and ganpati festivals are arranged.

Dislikes

Compensation for extra work hours should be given. Would like to work on new technologies.

Company In-time is fixed it should be flexible and due to fixed timing some times Casual leaves are also cut.

Technical training of SQL, client side scripting, Sage CRM is provided. Easy access to Management Team. Salary on time and good increments. Friendly and good environment for freshers.

The only con I found is strict punching time.
