They always want their employees to be loaded with lot of work, which give a opportunity to lear multitasking .

The management is like a Proprietor centric depending on a single person commanding all of them , even the Peon & the G M as well. All reporting to the MD directly.

My work was little bit hectic as I have to look after all the manufacturing activities , maintenance breakdowns , HR matters , & all every day matter arrive on daily basis along with sales & marketing (my core prof) , which involves extensive travelling.
