In some site at gpil,there is no deserving site engineer,assisstant project manager.they dnt desrve for this post .they dont knw how to mail ,work management bla bla....for them we r suffering.

The project taken by Gupta is good. Office is also good.

Dislikes

For field engineer there is no benefits. U have get only salary ,and for your monthly expenses u will get a amount after deduction. Management is not good. No job security and future benefits. After completion of project you will get kick out.
