Insecure & unprofessional founders running a lousy start-up. Zero job security, high employee attrition, badly confused work culture. And high salary packages is only a trap. Nothing pathetic company, selfish people just come to office to have fun, no bonding Nothing.

Dislikes

They don't provide any guidance to new joiners, no structured work, lousy people and just in one or two months without giving any chance to perform just keep on removing people. They don't even think of people's future.

What I like about Gynoveda is that the founders are dumb who doesn’t know exactly how to run a business. They are always experimenting with the work culture.. nothing is synchronised. The rules changes in a blink of an eye. And best part is that they give lot of lectures about time management but their own lecture exceeds an hour. What a waste of time

Everything.. Poor management as rules changes according to the people. Those who are the apple of founders eyes can enjoy all their perks even if they don’t do anything. but the real hardworking people get insulted by not getting any appreciation or increments. Promotion and increments depend upon your ability of not doing work and just praising the founders.. that is quite easy..
