I love talking and helping people so in a sales oriented environment, I would be able to talk to countless people per day. I also enjoy and know a lot about the fashion and clothes that H&M sell so I would be able to help obtain and advise customers on what they are looking for.
The main problem is, we never have enough people working. And second, the big bosses have unrealistic expectations.

I am working in h&m last 8 years as a sales advisor no growth when you will go to Store just start clearing tiddy store close that's it no learning from management side if you take about culture day by bay going down now it's very pathetic condition no one is taking care if you take about h&m it's very good management made this culture.
