Work Culture Very Bad, Not worth to waste your time here, Salary & Incentives you will not get on time. Very High pressure. No help from factory as well.

Dislikes

Factory people dont coordinate well, Directors discouraging, No one can work long term in this company. No Benefits to Employees.

Dear Anonymous, Thank You for the feedback. We have always strived to provide the best facilities to our employees. We have provided Appraisals and Incentives even during Covid-19. Have not deducted salaries / reduced salaries due to lockdown for anyone. Have not laid off any employees during Covid-19. Have retained 100% with Salaries , delays in Covid-19 period for incentives is possible as it was a tough situation for all. Hope we can help you better.
