Hartek Site Project Management is totally dominant on HO, by own way and desire PROJECT MANAGER allow execution work keeping aside quality of work and safety. Project Manager always speak quality and safety is hurdle and fake department.

No CULTURE OF HIERARCHY OF DESIGNATION. Do not astonished, your junior may denie to work and also abuse you, nowhere you can complain. All power is taken by Project Manager and Project Manager working psychology is very bad , anyway he do not like quality and safety department. Anyway he wants to complete work. HO Top Management is totally inactive , in case of quality and safety issue, if Site project Manager is denying to accept , you can not email to HO, By the courage if you email to HO Management they will not respond. Client emphasis to give compliance of pending quality and safety issues, Project Manager and Execution consider it as this is issue of quality and safety only, they will not support. MD Vision is good but some Mediate level top management is blowing dust in eye of company like Project Manager. High frequency of leaving job of employees, in my career for any organisation I have not seen like such, indicate ship is not ready to move forward due to rude behaviour of HR Team. HR Behavior is like dictator. If you worked for 18 hours , next day you have to come at project site location to mark punch on app, else marked absent. In single sentence I can say, it is like LALA type company where work should be anyhow without pinch of care of safety and quality. No Hierarchy of any department designation work, your junior may abuse you if you asked him for task completion, HR and Top Management will not take care after your complaint. Below the Poor word datum , welfare is totally missing for employee then how can think welfare of vendors. HR change any rule accepted by employee, during joining time they take sign of employee on another accepted rule, after one month HR sent information through mail that your accepted rule has changed without any discussion and meeting. Each month HR sent two or three email to employees arbitrarily. Close such type of organisation who are playing joke with future of employee....Read More
