Salary is on time. Non-toxic environment.

Dislikes

HSE is not a priority. No fixed salary structure. HR Policy changes every other month. Appraisal is often delayed and not satisfactory. Vendor payment is always done late due to which staffs are abused by them. Contractor management is improper by management.
