Its a good company if you have long term vision, appraisal is totally performance based, i have completed 2.5 yrs have taken 3 promotion. If someone likes to travel alot in daily work then its a best job. I love field job. Love the work full of learning, targets, fun, challenges.overall...Thumbs up
