Adopting New technology. Good investors.

Dislikes

HR quality is very very poor, misguided employees. Salary is poor. No leadership. Growth is very slow . Managent is not aggressive. After doing the good job no additional benefits . Confirmation policy is not acceptable. Appraisal policy is not upto the marks. In a month 10 -15 days I have to spent to hotel, which is painful for my family.

My job is most challenging, my responsibility to look after the entire regional corporate and trade marketing .My job profile is mostly repetitive of work and this is mostly monotonous.
