HZL gives you great opportunity (to run a plant) at very early stage in your career( straight out of college). The compensation offered by Zinc is good for a fresher. The field exposure and team management skills will be developed very soon at Zinc.

Dislikes

1.Training of GETs to be enhanced. 2.Entertainment facilities near plant location could be better.( Of course mining occurs out of City) 3.Allotment of GETs to plant location should be made by Technical people and not by HR. Kindly don't fill based on man power unavailability. Please confirm with technical before alloting people. 4.Plants should have separate Technical services team and not overload the Shift Engineers....Read More
